Before booking or travelling, clarify the responsible payer, approvals and the scope of a written quotation.
Rehabilitation, Kur and a thermal stay differ
Medical rehabilitation follows clinically defined objectives. A Kur or thermal stay may have a different purpose or be self-funded. A hotel package is not automatically rehabilitation recognised by a German insurer. We help communicate your enquiry clearly; clinical suitability, treatment content and duration are determined by the responsible healthcare team.
Support for all nationalities
You can enquire whether you live in Germany or elsewhere. Your insurance, residence, requested programme and any medical recommendation are relevant to preparation. Approval for rehabilitation in Germany does not automatically authorise a programme in Türkiye.
How we assist
We support document checklists, translation, facility enquiries and language assistance with questions about requirements, timing and costs. If you wish to ask a German health insurer, pension institution or private insurer about funding, we help organise the relevant correspondence. Medical services and regulated international health tourism organisation are handled by appropriately authorised facilities and organisations; İRİM provides document, language and administrative support.
Separate approval from self-funding
If an insurer is expected to pay, clarify responsibility, benefit type, acceptance of the specific facility and required approvals in writing beforehand. A right to express a facility preference does not automatically approve any overseas clinic. Self-funded stays also require clear information on services, dates and charges. Our fee is agreed separately. We do not guarantee insurance approval or treatment outcomes.

Yes. Share your preferred period. Availability, clinical suitability and duration are confirmed by the responsible facility and healthcare team.
Will German insurance pay?
That depends on the individual case, benefit and specific facility. Do not rely on reimbursement without written clarification and any approval required.
Is Kur the same as rehabilitation?
No. Rehabilitation, preventive care and a thermal or relaxation stay may have different objectives, conditions and funding.
Do you provide the treatment?
No. Clinical planning and treatment are provided by qualified professionals and authorised providers. We help with documents, language and administrative preparation.
What does your support cost?
Our fee is agreed before work starts, based on documents, translation and follow-up required. Treatment, accommodation and travel costs are separate.
