Insurance record and missing periods

Identify missing periods and organise the evidence.

An insurance history shows the periods recorded in your pension account. Compare it with your own timeline and mark unexplained gaps.

Preparation for your situation

Employment and training records, previous correspondence and evidence for missing periods may be useful. A chronological overview is easier to work with than unsorted documents.

What would you like help with?

We assist with preparing an insurance account clarification. Form V0100 is for clarifying the record, not for applying for a pension. The pension institution decides which periods can be recognised.

A private service by İRİM in Türkiye. We are not a public authority or a branch of Deutsche Rentenversicherung. The competent pension institution decides on pension entitlements.

Insurance record gaps: turn missing periods into clear questions

A missing entry is a point to investigate. Identify the period and supporting evidence before submitting more papers or starting another application.

Read the record against your own timeline

Compare the record month by month with your employment and life history. Mark uncertain periods and note whether they involved employment, education, raising children or living abroad. Keep uncertain dates marked as uncertain.

Connect each document with a period

Prepare a table with dates, circumstances, available evidence and the unanswered question. Keep official documents unchanged. Put your explanations on a separate sheet so the institution can distinguish the original evidence from your description.

Different forms serve different purposes

V0100 concerns clarification of the insurance account. V0800 may be relevant to incompletely recorded child-raising periods. Clarifying an account is not itself a pension application. Follow the relevant form and the institution’s actual request.

What a document check can help with

We help organise existing papers and prepare a list of unresolved document questions. This does not guarantee recognition of a period, a pension amount or a processing time. Keep official requests and the agreed consultancy tasks in separate parts of your file.

Frequently asked questions

Can I simply fill in missing months?

Prepare your explanation and evidence; the responsible institution decides whether periods qualify.

What if my record is out of date?

Request a current insurance record from DRV before comparing it with your papers.

Must recorded child-raising periods be claimed again?

DRV says already complete child-raising entries do not need to be requested again.
