My insurer has not replied for months. Can you speed up payment?
We cannot guarantee a processing time or payment. We help organise the record and prepare a specific enquiry about missing evidence or the status. Legal deadlines and remedies depend on the process; legal assessment requires appropriately authorised support.
Does German health insurance cover every treatment in Türkiye?
No. The insurance, purpose of stay, treatment and facility matter. Private hospitals in particular may involve substantial personal costs. Any authorisation must be clarified with the competent insurer or institution.
What should I keep if I have paid a bill myself?
Keep an itemised invoice, proof of payment and the related correspondence. The competent insurer determines what further evidence it needs for reimbursement.
What matters after an accident or sudden illness?
For medical danger, contact the local emergency service first; in Türkiye call 112. Our digital enquiry channel accepts requests around the clock. Urgent document and translation requests are prioritised, without a guarantee of an immediate personal response.
Should I immediately send medical records over WhatsApp?
Initially send only a request for contact and the general topic. Do not enter diagnoses, identity numbers or full medical reports in short forms. We first agree what is needed and an appropriate transmission method.
