What to prepare first
Gather existing pension information, insurance records and previous decisions. Note the countries and periods in which you worked and any questions you need clarified.
Employment and training records, previous correspondence and evidence for missing periods may be useful. A chronological overview is easier to work with than unsorted documents.
The right language for your documents, too.
Sworn translation services through İRİM for civil status documents, official letters and other paperwork. Certification, notarisation and other requirements depend on the receiving authority.

Form support: from paperwork to the next step
Select the form and read the pension institution’s instructions.
Gather existing information and documents. Mark any fields you are unsure about for discussion.
Let us help you organise and complete the paperwork. Review the information and attachments before submission.
Official forms remain unchanged. The original pages provide access to the PDF and online versions offered by the institution.
Which documents may be useful?
The documents needed depend on your enquiry. This is a preparation guide, not a complete official checklist.
Form support: choose the right starting point
Start with your purpose rather than a PDF found at random. Use the current version on the official DRV website.
Three useful form references
V0100 concerns insurance account clarification. V0800 concerns recognition of child-raising periods. R0500 is a survivors’ pension application. A form number alone does not establish which documents your individual case requires.
Before completing a form
Read its instructions and the institution’s correspondence first. Gather relevant evidence, compare name spellings and mark uncertain answers. Do not guess dates or insurance references.
Before submission
Check signatures, attachments and the required submission channel. Keep a copy and the receipt. Sending an enquiry to our service does not mean that you have applied to the responsible institution.
Why we link to original forms
Links to official form pages help you find the version currently supplied by the institution instead of relying on an old saved copy. Organisation and form-completion support are separate services with an agreed scope.
Frequently asked questions
Do official DRV forms cost money?
The official forms are freely accessible. Our agreed preparation work is a separate service.
Does every attachment require translation?
Check the receiving institution’s document and translation requirements first.
How should I start an enquiry?
Mention the form number or topic without sending sensitive documents initially.
