German pension life certificate from Türkiye: What if payments stop?
Organise a requested life certificate, pension letters and submission evidence when a German pension payment is missing in Türkiye.
First check whether the Renten Service has requested proof of life. If so, complete it through the official procedure. Sending İRİM a WhatsApp message does not submit that proof to the authority.
A missing payment can have different causes
Gather the latest letter, the expected payment date and any earlier submission confirmation. The issue may concern proof of life, a bank change or another outstanding question. Do not assume a new pension application is needed solely because a payment is missing. We help turn scattered correspondence into a clear list of documents and next administrative steps.
Choose the official digital or paper procedure
Requested proof of life can be supplied digitally or using a certified paper certificate according to the official instructions. The pension recipient must complete digital identification personally; we cannot perform it on their behalf. Use the official letter and personal access details. The Renten Service does not accept proof of life simply sent by email or fax. Check the current deadline and available procedure in your letter and on the official website.
Prepare a clear follow-up enquiry
Record which evidence was sent, when and by which route. Keep submission confirmations and postal receipts. If papers are missing, use the official replacement or contact route. For an initial conversation with us, provide only your country, preferred language and the topic “life certificate”. Do not send an identity photo, QR code, bank details or insurance number. Required documents and the transmission method are agreed afterwards.

No. Receipt, assessment and payment remain with the responsible service or institution. We do not promise a fixed release date.
